     • Constructed from four steel plates welded into a hollow cross-section, with customizable dimensions (e.g., 200×200mm to 1000×1000mm).
     • Available in square or rectangular profiles, optimized for axial compression and bending moments.

   • ‌Material‌:

     • High-strength steel grades (S355J2, S460ML) compliant with EN 10025 or ASTM A572 standards.
     • Fire-resistant and weather-resistant coatings (intumescent paint, hot-dip galvanizing) for enhanced durability.

   • ‌Fabrication‌:

     • Precision welding (SAW or GMAW processes) ensures full penetration and compliance with ISO 5817 Class B/C standards.
     • Stiffener plates or diaphragm reinforcements added internally to prevent local buckling under heavy loads.
