Pre-bending: Feed the two ends of the steel plate into the space between the rolls respectively. By adjusting the positions and angles of the upper and lower rolls, a certain bending radius is created at the two ends of the steel plate, preparing for the subsequent plate rolling.

Rolling: Gradually feed the steel plate into the space between the rolls. Through adjusting the positions and angles of the upper and lower rolls as well as the side rolls, the steel plate undergoes continuous deformation along the required curve under the action of the roll pressure and roll bending force until the required circular or other curved surface shape is achieved.

Correction: As the steel plate may experience phenomena such as elastic springback, misalignment, and distortion during the rolling process, which will affect the quality of the rolled circle, it is necessary to correct the steel plate to eliminate or reduce these defects, ensuring that the steel plate meets the dimensional and shape requirements.
